Come Out and Join the Pride Sports League as we start our first Self-Defense Class.

This Free Event will be taught to us by Master Ken Pilch.

Master Pilch has been practice Hapkido since 1986. He is also a Captain for the Polk County Sheriffs Office.

Master Pilch often works with public, conducting self-defense seminars. These seminars include people of all ages, ranging in class size from 5 to over 100.

This first course overview will be:

Mindset

Basic wrist escapes

Front attacks

Being grabbed from behind

Choking Escapes

Weapons

Ground Defense
