    Since 2008, the Des Moines Bicycle Collective has worked to make our region healthier, stronger and vibrant by promoting biking as a means of transportation and recreation. 

    As the Des Moines Bicycle Collective begins its second decade, itâ??s in excellent position to revamp its identity to make an even greater impact. Transportation that works for everyone is its new priority. 

    With this new priority comes a new name â?? the Street Collective of Greater Des Moines. The Street Collective envisions livable neighborhoods where everyone can walk, pedal, ride or roll comfortably to anywhere they need to travel while staying true to the Collectiveâ??s ethos.
